Microsoft office 2013 failed to activate free download. Unable to Activate Office 2013 on Windows 10

 

I have already uninstalled Office from my old computer, so I'm left with just 29 days to use Office. How can I activate it? It is only installed on one laptop right now my new laptop , and it isn't activated on either. Hi, You can only use the Product Key once to install Office unless it came on disc. Using this combination creates an Office Account from where you can reinstall your Office.

But then the Activation Wizard pops up and no matter what I do it says the copy can't be activated. This includes activation by phone, which I went through the whole process of just to be told at the end it couldn't work with that key.

The key isn't counterfeit, the package was still shrinkwrapped and previously purchased through official channels. Please assist. Note that professional versions of Office are usually sold to organizations and businesses, so the purchase may have been a fraud, after all.

The phone number in the link you sent was for activation, but the voice prompts did not have an option for resolving my particular issue. For instance, I cannot access the 'Activation wizard' thus the support instructions were not applicable. Sorry this didn't help. Thanks for your feedback. The frustration continues Microsoft!

I've tried several phone numbers, Virtual Agent, Smart Phone activation, and the final insult to injury is this: attempt to Chat "The Microsoft account login server has detected too many repeated authentication attempts. Please wait a moment and try again.

While it was nice to hear Michelle V's apology and admission that the Office Team has been working on a fix, perhaps she might intervene personally to add my Installation ID available by email to the list of valid IDs and provide me with a valid Confirmation ID, or a foolproof path to same.

One possibly significant clarification for the Office Team: It is not only one-time purchasers of Office, of which I am one. It is one-time purchasers who also have subscriptions to Office , of which I am one. My I ask some human at Microsoft to intervene in real time, before my Office becomes unusable on January 7th. I have tried everything suggested in the Forum in response to my Jan 3rd query, with not a whiff of contact by an Office Team Support person, or activation progress.

I have two questions. Should I let my Office subscription lapse at renewal in May ? Second Question. Should I invoice Microsoft for the cost of Office ?
